The Future Leaders Academy prepares high-achieving high school juniors and seniors, as well as college freshmen and sophomores, to become exceptional leaders in their homes, communities, schools and workplaces.
The 18-month Future Leaders Academy, comprising a monthly series of 5 virtual leadership capacity building modules followed by a 12-month 1:1 mentorship, enrolls a new cohort of Future Leaders each January. Learn more.

Research Fellowships are available for research in the field of emotional intelligence, moral leadership, or purpose. Applicants should be current doctoral candidates, post-docs, or junior faculty. Grants range from $3,000 to $5,000. Learn more.

Lennick Faculty Fellows receive funding of $5,000 to $10,000 for qualified research projects in the field of emotional intelligence, moral leadership, or purpose. Lennick Faculty Fellowship applicants should be current full-time university or college faculty at an accredited university. t2pRI Lennick Faculty Fellows have opportunity for publication and conference presentation. Directed Research Fellowships fund research projects in an area of emotional intelligence, moral intelligence, or purpose specified by think2perform RESEARCH INSTITUTE. Current doctoral candidates, post-docs, or junior faculty members are encouraged to submit proposals for such projects. Grants range from $3,000 to $5,000. Learn more.
